Welcome to B&B Pickups. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the following terms:
1. Handmade to Order: Each guitar and bass pickup is meticulously hand-wound in our workshop in Valencia, Spain. Orders are processed strictly in the order they are received in our system, and production times may vary depending on our current workload. We will attempt to provide an approximate production time, which does not include shipping time.
2. Payment Policy: Once an order is placed, no immediate charges are applied. You will receive a formal invoice and a secure payment request directly to the email address you provided. Once payment is received, an invoice will be issued within a few days.
3. International Orders and Customs: Shipments outside the European Union (including the USA and UK) may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Returns and exchanges: Standard, uninstalled items can be returned within 14 days. Fully customized pickups, manufactured to the customer’s specifications, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have an obvious manufacturing defect.
